Sending heartfelt condolences to all who knew & loved Anne. I am grateful for the short journey we had together when our paths crossed. When I was hired as the Parish Administrator at St. John the Divine, she introduced herself as "Anne with an e", and I never forgot. She has left me with so much knowledge, and with 3 beautiful sisters with whom I adore.
"Rest in Paradise, sweet Anne, until we meet again".

Although we were far apart, you were always with me. We had some good times growing up and some lovely holidays together with Barrie and Chris. I will miss our FaceTimes together. God bless.

Anne was a very Loving Sister and Truly valued all her family.
She lived a very varied life. Born during an air raid in Gillingham, Kent I remember being sent by Mum to fetch the District Nurse to assist with the birth.
We moved from Gillingham to Suffolk and then onto Byfleet, Surrey as Dad sought work to support the ever growing family. Whilst settled in Byfleet, Anne worked at Vickers-Armstrong, where Dad also worked, until she decided she wanted to spend her life helping others and trained as a Paediatric Nurse. Whilst nursing Anne met Ken, married and had 3 wonderful daughters. They moved to Vancouver in 1972 seeking a better life. Anne later married Hans and they had many happy years together.
Visits across the “pond” have been fairly frequent in both directions over the years. They have included Cruises, along with Hilary, and trips back to the U.K. with her girls and grandchildren.
We have also enjoyed wonderful visits to Vancouver to visit Anne, Kim, Tracey, Alison and the grandchildren.
Anne’s church was very important to her and gave her great comfort and fulfilment.
She will be Greatly missed by the whole family and all who knew her.
RIP my Dearest Sister. God Bless.
Love Barrie, Chris and Angie xxx

Anne was the kind of woman whose warmth and kindness quietly left a lasting impression. Though I knew her as my childhood friend’s mother and not as deeply in her younger years, I can only imagine the remarkable woman she must have been—because I see it. I see her grace, her gentleness, and her deep love reflected so clearly in her daughters.
I’ll never forget the beautiful hand-knit sweater she gave me when I was young. I no longer have it, but I remember how much I cherished it—her craftsmanship and care made it feel so special. And her garden—always so full of life and beauty—felt like a mirror of her soul.
Though Anne is no longer with us, her legacy lives on. I see it not only in the love, kindness, and strength of her daughters, but also in the impact she made on her grandchildren—and that is something truly special. I feel truly blessed to have known her in the way I did and to carry the memory of her spirit in my heart.
