Obituary of Wanda Dianna Ball

Wanda Ball, 68, passed away peacefully on May 18th, 2025 surrounded by those who loved her.  Wanda was a warm, compassionate woman whose generosity and strength touched all who knew her.  She will be remembered for her kindness, her unwavering devotion to family, and our thoughts through reminiscing. She is lovingly survived by her son Chad Hammond, her grandsons Mason and Layton Hammond, her devoted partner Kimon Venturis, her sister Christine Kilbourn, her brother Richard Ball, her nephews Mathew and Jeremy Ball.  Wanda was a proud and loving grandmother and she held Sheina Hammond close to her heart as if she were her own  daughter. Wanda’s presence in the lives of those she loved was a grounding force. Her memory will continue to live on through the stories, laughter, and memories she leaves behind.

A Celebration of Life will be held on June 12, 2025 at Fraserview Village Community Association from 2pm to 6pm, all who knew her are welcome to attend.
