July 18, 1937 – June 5, 2013
John, loving father, husband, uncle and friend passed away peacefully after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his loving wife, Arlene, daughters, Cathy, Colleen (Chris), nephew Darren Browett (Frank, Helena, Mackenzie, Mikaila) and many more loving relatives and friends.
He will always be remembered for his kindness, blue eyes and smile. Funeral Mass to be held on Friday June 14, 2013 at 11:00am at St. Luke’s Catholic Church (20285 Dewdney Trunk Rd. Maple Ridge). We would especially like to thank the nurses and doctors at Chilliwack Memorial Hospital (4th floor surgical ward) and McKenney Creek Hospice for their care and compassion while taking care of John. In lieu of flowers, please donate to McKenney Creek Hospice or charity of your choice.
