passed away after a lengthy illness in McKenney Creek Hospice in Maple Ridge, B.C. on March 15, 2013 at age 50 years. He is survived by his loving son Josh Olson and stepson Chris Huffman; also by his 2 brothers Jim and Rick, and by his sister Lisa. Donations to the McKenney Creek Hospice would be appreciated.
