Obituary of Edna Jane Bourrie

July 12, 1922 – January 2, 2013
Passed away at Ridge Meadows Hospital in her 91st year. Predeceased by her husband Arthur in 1987 and son Don in 2000.
Survived by her devoted son Al and his wife Judy. Also survived by her sister Helen, nephews John (Leslie) and Dougie, and dear niece Christina.
Born in Penticton, she moved to Vancouver as a young girl, met and married Arthur, started a family in Burnaby and moved to Maple Ridge in 1968 where she worked for many years for the Maple Ridge School Board. She still volunteered at the Maple Ridge Seniors Centre into her 80’s.
Mom will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Rest in peace. No service by request.
