Rick passed away peacefully on November 14, 2012 with his family by his side. Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Judy; children: Lana and Shelley (Stephen) Lazarus; grandchildren: Kiana and Nathaniel; brothers: Leslie (Margaret) and Garth (Arlene) and Mother-in-Law, Marion Merkel. He is predeceased by his granddaughter, Christine, and siblings: Julia, Harry, Selma, Arnold, Lorna, Helen, Audrey and Brian.
Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, November 30, 2012 at 11:30 a.m. at the Trinity United Church, 2211 Prairie Avenue, Port Coquitlam. Reception to follow in the PoCo Room at PoCo Inn and Suites – 1545 Lougheed Highway. Memorial donations may be made to Canuck Place or BC Children’s Hospital.
