May 9, 1936 – February 26, 2012
It is with love and sadness that we announce the passing of our father (Grandfather). He leaves surviving his daughter, Deanna Critchley (Vince), his son Ryan Hartley (Donna), his grandchildren, Taylor, Tanisha and Alix, his beloved mother-in-law, Mary, his brothers, sister, many nieces and nephews and many, many friends. Ian was an honest, kind soul, who loved to make people laugh. His bright smile and laugh will forever be etched in our memories. The family wishes to thank all the staff at the Maple Ridge Baillie House, for their exceptional care and compassion afforded to Dad (Grandpa).
A celebration of Life will be held at Garden Hill Funeral Home, 11765 – 224th Street, Maple Ridge, on March 5th at 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers, donations to “Make a Wish Canada” are greatly appreciated.
