Thelma, Bert and family,
I was so saddened to hear of you mother’s/grandmother’s passing. To me, Gwen did not age. Her conversation was always encouraging and full of life. I recall chats with Gwen (and you, too, Thelma), first at Inspiraction, then Fitness Works and later Fit City for Women. Gwen was part of our “early riser” team, dedicated to her workout yet available for a quick chat. I can see her now, doing those biceps curls with weights, while chatting. She loved to share about her family and what God was doing in her life. The quality that stands out for me was her “thankfulness”. She was a sister in the Lord and I know I will see her in heaven!
