Sam was well loved and will be dearly missed by all, especially
his wife, Shelly and his children, Jack, Silver and Liam.
Funeral Service
Funeral will be held at St Paul’s Lutheran Church, 12145 Laity St. Maple Ridge, on Saturday, January 29, 2011 at 11 am.
