Leah was my mom. Me and my family are doing much better then we were when this first happened. My dads getting more into his hobbies and spending more time with us. Me said he was to depressed to do anything before. Malorie and Jordan are getting more social, talking to us more. They would stay in there room and talk to only each other before. Samantha and myself were the same, we would only talk to each other and my dad. Now that it’s been awhile. We are more out going. All in this proses, my family and me, have bonded and become stronger together.

I was very sorry to hear that Leah had passed away. So sudden of a loss makes it that much more difficult for you all. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
My memories of Leah are as a very supportive mom to her kids. She was always there to lend a hand when needed, ready to make suggestions and be an advocate for her kids. Sami and Nicole, you are especially in my thoughts.

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Leah’s passing. I met Leah last year when her daughter, Nicole and my daughter, Sabrina played on the same softball team. She generously offered to host the softball wrap up party at her home and my daughter and I enjoyed a great afternoon. I would regularly bump into her and she always had a few minutes to chat. My prayers are with her family and friends.

I am so very sorry to hear about Leah’s passing. She and I talked outside of Cooper’s just a few days ago, and it is hard to believe she’s gone. She was always a lovely lady, a supportive Mom at the school, and loved her family with all her heart….that was evident.
So, to all of you, my deepest sympathy as you work through such a difficult time. Keep strong for each other, and cherish your memories.
