Burnett – Hazel passed away April 23, 2010 at the age of 87 yrs. She was predeceased by her husband Ray and son Jack. Hazel is survived by her children Garry and family, Brian (Nancy), Carol (Brian) Clarke, and Ricky (Debbie); 11 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
