Obituary of Lorna Ruth Jardine

Lorna was born on the 20th of January, 1937 in Deloraine, Manitoba. She passed away peacefully on April 19, 2019 in Maple Ridge, British Columbia. Lorna is predeceased by her father Dr. James Harvey Buchanan and her mother Dorothy Buchanan RN.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Bill, son Patrick (Kathy), daughter Elisa (Chris) and grandson Chase.
Lorna graduated from the Brandon General Hospital School of Nursing in 1959. She nursed for many years in BC before retiring in 1992. She was an avid curler and gardener. Lorna has many fond memories of her times with her girls from the nursing class of 1959.
She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
There will be a small family service in Manitoba in the near future.
