It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we announce that Beatrice Margaret Fauteux (nee Skinner) passed away peacefully from this life at the age of 84, on January 6th, 2018 at 11:02pm in Maple Ridge B.C. With family at her side.

Bea will leave behind her husband Vern, of 65 years.

She is lovingly remembered by her seven children and families;

Daughter Therese (Dave) Lockhart (granddaughter Christie, Great Grandsons Corey & Brendan; Grandson Jonathan (Margaret) Great Grandsons, Samuel and Nicolas, Grandson Matthew (Susan), Grandson Christopher (Ivy)

Son Dan (Joni), Grandson Brandon, Daughter Gloria (Wim), Grandson Shane (Amberly) Great Granddaughter Linden, Grandson Chase (Sarah)

Daughter Carol (Andy) Granddaughter Shanon (Mike) Great Grandsons Alexander and Aras, and Grand Daughter/son to be, Granddaughter Lisa (Markus), Granddaughter Elaina

Son Mark (Allison), Granddaughter Lindsey, Great Grandchildren Jack and Olive, Grand Daughter Sarah (Will), and Grand Daughter/son to be

Daughter Jeanne (Greg), Grand Daughter Desiree, Grandson Derek (Amber)

Daughter Marilyn (Andy), Grandson Andrew (Briana) and Grandson (Cole)

And also so many family and friends it would be too hard to list.

Bea was and is the loving heart and foundation of our family. The love she gave and received extended widely to all who met and knew her.

Beatrice was born in Chilliwack B.C., July 15th 1933. She was the 4th youngest of 7 Children 2 sisters, Alice and Irene and 4 Brothers, Cid, Les, Ken and Stan.

She worked many interesting jobs to help support her family; she was our center and our strength.

She will be greatly missed by all.

Prayers will be offered at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church , 22561 121 Ave, Maple Ridge, BC, on Wednesday, January 10th, 2018 at 5:00pm.

Mass will be offered at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, on Thursday, January 11th, 2018 at 10:00am by the Celebrant Father Matthew To.

Donations in memory of Beatrice Fauteux, in lieu of flowers, can be sent to The Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Salvation Army.
