The Officers, Staff and Fellow Members of UA Local 516 wish to extend our deepest sympathy to Karol and her family. Peter Hammer has been a loyal member of our local union since November of 1956. He saw Local 516 through many changes over the years and has always remained loyal to his fellow members even after his retirement. Many of us have fond memories of both Peter and Karol being annual supporters of our Icebreaker golf tournament who often walked away with Longest Drive prizes in the early years of our tournament. It is proud union members like Pete who have been the backbone of our local and he will be missed by all who knew him.
