Fredrick Leroy
January 25, 1921- December 29, 2016
It is with sadness that we say good-bye to our Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Uncle and Friend, Fredrick Shire. Predeceased by his Loving wife Thelma, Son in law Willy and grandson Kenny. He leaves behind five children, Diane Thompson, William (Fran) Shire, Bonnie (Bill) Fitzmaurice, Joe (Cheryl) Shire, Michelle Ervin and his grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Fred will be remembered most for his love of the outdoors, fishing, hunting and camping, and passing that legacy on to his family. Whether it is around a table or around a camp fire no one could tell a story like Fred. He will always be remembered and missed.
A special thank you to all his caregivers that made it possible to stay home where he wanted to be.
A celebration of Fred’s life will take place in the Spring. Date TBA.
