Obituary of Thomas Robert Fairley

Born January 14, 1936 deceased Jun 21, 2021. Born in Chilliwack, B.C, grew up in New Westminster.

Predeceased by his wife June, brother John and brother in law Don Swaile.

Survived by: Wife Darleen, daughter Lesley, son Grant (Natalie) grandchildren Nikki and Tyler. Sister Edie Swaile, Sister in law Carol, Nieces and Nephews: Derek (Heather) Dyan (Francis), David, Lindsay (Jeff), Many beloved great nieces and nephews.

Bob was an active member of Easter Star Mizpah 36 and Masonic Lodge Prince David #101. All through his life, an active member of the United Church, most recently Golden Ears United.

Bob loved his family, many longtime friends, travelling, laughter, vintage cars, curling, golfing, hockey games, and music.

Bob enjoyed his work for BC Forest Products and the Coquitlam School Board, retiring in 1996.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or the United Church Mission and Service fund.
