Saddened and shocked to hear of Sidney's passing. I worked with Sidney in the Office of the City Clerk. He was a pleasure to work with all those years. He will be greatly missed, especially Geraldine, Stephen, James and their children. May all those wonderful memories bring you comfort in days ahead. HAPPY BIRTHDAY SIDNEY and may you rest in peace.
