A Loving Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather.
Ion came from Romania in 2000 shortly after losing his beloved wife Ioana of 31 years. Enjoyed travelling to Canada every year after and he became a Canadian Citizen in 2011.
We all lovingly called him Bunicu - which means Grandpa in English
His daughters Geanina and Georgeta, his son Claudiu, his grandsons Andrei, Peter, Andrew and Bryan, granddaughters Denisa and Cristina, great granddaughter Ema, nieces, nephews and two brother in law’s will miss him greatly.
Words cannot express how deeply we all love him. He will always live in our hearts as a kind, generous, respectful and faithful man. Thank you Bunicu for being you!
May the Lord give him eternal rest in peace.
