Great memories of Frank….I spent 9 years with the RCMP at Richmond detachment and Frank was my n.c.o for several of them. A fine gentleman and a very calming influence on our watch. My wife maureen and I would often run into Frank and Julie while walking in the Langley area.. I had great respect for this fine man and we send our condolences to Julie and the family
