The family of Valerie Lynne Morris sadly announce her passing on February 18th, 2024.

Valerie is survived by her husband of nearly 56 years Garry, her children Elaine (Lee) and Wade (Michelle), and her greatest joys in life, her grandchildren Colton, Brayden, Carson and Jaylyn. She is also survived by her brothers and their families. Val was the daughter of Dave and Margaret Zeron, long time Maple Ridge residents.

Val spent 39 years in the accounting department of the Mission School District where she made many life-long friends. When Val wasn't working, she cherished spending time with her family, whether on RV trips, in the backyard or at the hockey rink. Val also took pleasure tending to her vegetable garden and her wide variety of dahlias which she generously shared with family and friends.

Following Val's wishes no formal service will be held.
