February 20, 1931 to April 8, 2016
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our father, Peter van Gaalen.
Dad was pre-deceased by our mother, Afra (Bentvelzen) in October, 2001.
Survived by his children: Rose Marie (Michael); Gerald; Peter Jr. (Beth); Reginald (Chrissie) and Stephen (Nadine); his grandchildren April (Jason); Jacob (Alicia); Dallas; Eilish; Nicole and Sara; his great – grandchildren: Benjamin and Rachel.
Also survived by his siblings in the Netherlands: Riet; Andre (Elly) ; Agnes ( Ed); Joke (sister-in-law) and in Canada: Frank (Anne); brother and sisters-in-law: Aad and Diny; Suze; Jane; Nel and many nieces and nephews.

Prayers: Thursday, April 14, 7:00 pm. St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church.
Funeral Mass: Friday April 15 11:00 am. St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, 22561 – 121 Avenue at Edge, Maple Ridge, B.C.
