My heartfelt sympathy to everyone in your Family at this sad time of the passing of your Mom, Grandmother.
I had the privilege of meeting and continued contact with Terry at St. Pat’s where my Daughters attended school there and at that time our family were part of the St. Pat’s community. Terry was strong in her faith which helped her face the many challenges of life. She was a role model to many in her kind, warm approach and made me feel welcome.
I regretfully was not able to attend the funeral.
I hope your many good memories help you through the days ahead. Thinking of you. Sincerely, Linda

I just wanted to express my sympathies for the loss of your Mother/Grandmother. Mrs. Behnish was the helper in my grade 1-2 split class at St. Patricks school in 1985. I remember her as a warm kind hearted woman who was always smiling. She made that school year very special for me (in truth I think she made everyone feel special). Over the years as I grew up, I would always be excited to run over to say ‘hi’ to Mrs. Behnish whenever I would run in to her around Maple Ridge. She would always greet me with that same warmth and a smile. She was a very special lady and I am so sorry for your loss.

Jerry and I learned of your great loss on Facebook…. ( How times have changed since we grew up in Whonnock / in and out of each others homes) … As adults we often reminisced about our love for on and others families …( Terry was so much like her mama )…a true humanitarian, understanding, caring, a huge love for her family…. Terry always had a twinkle in her eye…and a Smile on her face….THAT is how I will remember her. AND… As I remember… She never broke the rules…. However, she did like to “bend” them ( in her zest for FUN and life )My The. We will miss her immensely… The memories she has left us will remain with us forever… May your own special memories help to comfort each and every one of you at this difficult time. Please know we are with you in our thoughts and prayers…Sorry we are unable to be with you on the 9th / 10th…. Sending our love across the miles….OXOX
