We as Neighbours… just heard this sad news, we pass along our deepest sympathy to the family for such a loss. I am very sad at the loss of a great friend and amazing person Art is, I will remember him as a very kind ,thoughtful person who always took time to return a kind word. A faithful man with a heart to put others before him.
