Lorne passed away peacefully in Maple Ridge, B.C., after a valiant fight with cancer.
Predeceased by his parents, Henry and Christina Dixon. He is survived by loving siblings
Harold & (Carmen) Dixon, California, USA, Vera Scharf, Prince George, B.C., Marvyn & (Kathy) Dixon, Maple Ridge, B.C., Sharon & (Keith) Munz, Fraser Lake, B.C., Shannon & (Ray) Caron, Victoria, B.C., many nieces and nephews, with a special thank you to Mike and Cindi for being there for Lorne all the time, as well as his special friend of 30 years, Shirley Ward and her family.
As a remembrance to Lorne, go to McDonalds, grab yourself a stack of napkins and the newspaper, order a coffee with cream on the side, sit yourself down and enjoy.
The family invites everyone to an informal Celebration of life at Garden Hill Funeral Chapel, 11765 224th St, Maple Ridge on Monday, March 9th, 2015, at 2pm, where we can share memories of Lorne.
