Dear Julien,
I am so very saddened to hear of your loss. For so many, many years, Bill was such an absolute pleasure for me whenever the two of you came into the Nursery. He was always smiling and chuckling, and had that fun and little mischievous look in his eyes, and was quick to just crack little fun remarks, he just came across to me as such a nice and happy Man!!! I will always remember his genuine good nature, he just seemed like one of the most contented people, and I found him a real pleasure when answering any pruning or gardening questions he may have for me. He always left me with a really big smile on my face. I will miss Bill, he was a good Man!
