Obituary of Robert Charles Edward Murphy

In Loving Memory of ROBERT CHARLES MURPHY March 28, 1953 – June 19, 2014 It is with the heaviest of hearts, that we announce that Robert Charles Murphy, born to Charles and Alice Murphy on March 28, 1953, passed away on June 19, 2014. Rob is survived by his lifelong partner and best friends Bev, his daughters Robyn (Hunter), Cindy (Mike) and Shannon (Angelo); his siblings Pat (Jon), Terry, Ron (Margaret) and Keith (Kelly); his grandchildren; Jayden, Cheyann, Katie and Breanna, and many other friends and family. Rob was a simple man who enjoyed spending his time close to home with his family and friends, particularly with the little people in his life. He loved to take “his little buddy” Jayden to his Tae Kwon Do classes and cheer him on and watch his “Princess” Cheyann dress up and sing to him. Rob also enjoyed reading, watching hockey and barbecuing his favorite food hotdogs. We will miss his love and encouragement, his words of wisdom, and his sarcastic sense of humor, which stayed with him to the end. We invite all of his family and friends through life to share in his memory at Garden Hill Funeral Home, located at 11765 224th Street, Maple Ridge, BC, on Monday, June 30th, 2014 at 11 am.
