Dear Ingrid ,Dorothy and family, I’m so sorry to hear of your mama’s passing . It brought back so many happy memories from our childhood, i think we became friends in grade 2 or 3 , and i remember your parents well. Your mother was so kind and gracious . I was so in awe of the toys and decor in your home- not like i had from the Sears catalogue , but home made and intriguing . Your mom had always just baked something , and always offered refreshments to whomever came to her home . She was very hospitable and such a happy mom . Your dad would walk you 2 girls to our home every halloween for fireworks and he , was also such a nice man . I’m very sorry for your loss and i’ve thought of you often over the years , please contact me so we can get together .
