To Sharon…
I have known you, although we’ve not yet met…
How can that be you ask…
It’s by the loveliness of your sweet spirit…
It’s by the gentleness of your soul…
It’s by the kindness of your ways…
It’s by the love that you are…
Yes, Sharon, I know you and have seen you, for…
The gentleness of your soul is upon our hearts…
The savor of your sweetness is ours to taste…
The kindness of your ways washes over us…
We pray that we shall see you soon, and face to face it be…
Love to all,
Penny Dobson

A summation of Lovely Sharon’s desire for those who loved her here.
To those I love and those who loved me
When I am gone, release me, let me go
I have so many things to see and do
You mustn’t tie yourself to me with tears
Be happy that we had so many years
I gave to you my love, you can only guess
How much you gave to me in happiness
I thank you for the love each of you has shown
But now it’s time I traveled alone
Si grieve awhile for me if grieve you must
Then let your grief be comforted in trust
It’s only for a while that we must part
So bless the memories within your heart.
I won’t be far away for life will go on:
So if you need me, call and I will come,
Though you can’t see me or touch me
I’ll be near
And if you listen with your heart, you’ll hear
All of my love around you, soft and clear
And then, when you must come this way alone,
I’ll greet you with a smile and say,
“Welcome Home”
Love Ken– for Sharon to all in her life.

Dear Ken, Jamie, David, Andrea, Alan and your spouses and 8 beautiful grandchildren. I grew up with
Sharon – first meeting her at Kitsilano High School in Gr. #7. Her mom used to sew and Sharon came to school, looking so beautiful, with her lovely smile, her shiny dark brown hair, kind eyes and a wardrobe of a movie star. She reminded me of a model. And how I loved going to her house for dinner for her mom was such a GREAT COOK. Sharon was “simply stunning”. I actually introduced her to Bob at a birthday party when we were 15 or 16 yrs. old.
Sharon had you 4 children early in life, where as I was the opposite, having mine late in my 30’s.
We kept in touch by phone, in calls to your mom, Ken, and in calls to mutual friends. and my sister.
I will never forget how 4 kids could get so much peanut butter and jam on one couch ! However, she
never complained.. You all lived near me, in Coquitlam and she would have us over for dinner. She had
her mom’s touch. What a meal! I remember when she arranged to have Ken, an old school friend and I
have lunch, when I was working nearby at the Bank. However, what became of that lunch was Ken and your mom falling in love. Not soon after, Ken called me on Dec. 23rd, and asked if I would give my blessing to their being married. I WAS THRILLED. !! Two of the most descent, kindest friends joining
in matrimony. I thanked God for that call, and the lunch that Sharon had arranged for the 3 of us that day. I always knew Sharon was safe as dear Ken was now her love of her life. She was so happy as we
all were. What a lovely couple they were.
Sharon is in God’s home now, with her parents and Mrs. Jean Sheck, she and my dearest mother-in-law. I hope you all know she is praying for all of you from above, as you were her life, her loves, her angles.
Sharon, I remember (age 18 then) when I has an argument with my parents and you and Bob let me move in with you for a week until things cooled down. I told you that I was going to prepare a bubble bath for you, do your hair and make-up one day, as well as have dinner ready for 5pm. I was going to let you have a lovely day which you deserved. Bob came home and whilst he did fancy the dinner, he did not approve of you wearing makeup as said you didn’t need to (which was actually very true) and he asked you to wash it off as well as re-do you hair to the normal hair style that you wore. We had a good laugh. You also showed me how to change my first diaper that same day.
Sharon, please know that we will always hold you close to our hearts and know that you are in God’s home now, pain free and watching over your dear husband, Ken and family like the angel you were on
earth. God bless you . Love, Sandra Bogdanich.

Dear Sharon,
It is hard to accept that you are not anymore with us. We all miss your quiet presence, your smile, and your company. You left us suddenly but you will always remain in our hearts for lessons you taught us, for beauty you showed us, and for your angelic soul.
Love and light.

My great love. You were the nicest, kindest, most gentle person I ever met. I never ever heard you say a bad word about anyone. My true best friend in all things for 25 years. And it is so true, you suffered for so long from so many things and much confusion, and yet you just kept on moving on never ever complaining at all, even at the end when the pains were double. We will love you now, again, and forever. See you when? Love ken.
