Obituary of Margaret Alice Edith Boileau

Please share a memory of Margaret to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
January 02, 1919 – August 17, 2013 It is with sadness we announce Margaret’s passing August 17th at Holyrood Manor in Maple Ridge. She passed away peacefully and in comfort at 94 years. Predeceased by her husband Joe, and brother’s Roy, Max, and Don and survived by her youngest Brother Stan as well as many nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly. Margaret didn’t have children of her own but her many nieces and nephews adored her and loved her kind gentle ways and she was always there for you when you needed to talk things through in life, which made her the “favorite” Aunt by all. With her husband Joe they gathered their families and friends together on many occasions, first at their Sea Shore Lodge & Cabins in New Richmond Quebec then later at their Campground on the Cascapedia River where many fond memories were created and forever held dear by all who visited. Margaret was the true reason we all came to visit. They later retired back to Montreal to be closer to family. After Her husband passed away Margaret moved west to Mapleridge to be close to her brother Stan and his Children. Margaret lived her last couple of years at Holyrood Manor where she received the attention and care she so deserved and we send a special thanks to all her caretakers at Holyrood who were so good to her they are truly the most wonderful and caring people I know. She was truly happy and so well cared for while there. Margaret did not want a service but if you would like to express your sympathy you may do so below.
