Pat and I had a loving marriage, based on profound respect, abiding support for each other and an honest partnership.
I am fortunate Pat chose me to be his bride almost 50 years ago.
Knowing what I know now, I would do it again in a heartbeat!
God has been good to us.
Of all the many gifts God gave us, the greatest gift of all was our
Remarkable son, Sean.
Again, God abundantly blessed us with our daughter-in-law Michelle and our 4 Precious
Grandchildren, Summer, Kiefer, Phoenix and
Harmony.
Throughout the years Pat remained a steady anchor, trustworthy companion, treasured soulmate, faithful father and a proud, patient,
playful PAPA!!
Pat’s passing has not been an easy road to travel but Pat has taught us well.
Pat has lead us by example, teaching is what it means to live with Faith, Hope and Love.
As Doctor Seuss says:
When something bad happens
You have three choices.
You can let it define you.
You can let it destroy you or you can let it
Strengthen you!
So following Pat’s lead I choose to let it strengthen me!
I choose love not fear.
I choose to believe Pat’s Unconditional Love
is still here with us!
I believe Pat lives on through the stories and memories we share together!
I believe Pat lives on in the Eyes of His Family as we envision a world filled with Love and Hope!
There is no Expiration Date on the Love Pat bestowed upon us.
Love Lives On!!
Pat’s Spirit will always be with us!!
I am comforted with thoughts of Pat wrapping us all in a warm embrace, and with a gentle touch reaching out his hand as he whispers a heart felt “God Bless You “ and a soulful
“Take Care”.
Pat remained such a kind, loving and gentle
Light in the world ,always putting a smile on all our faces and joy in our lives!!
We will carry on!!
But know there will never ever be another Patrick Joseph O’Reilly!!
You were simply the best!!
We will miss you forever❤️
