I opened the newspaper this morning and sadly read of Corne’s passing. Although I never met him, the name stands out in my mind as if I heard it yesterday. My Dad, Albert (Al) Dondo, spoke of Corne often. My dad passed away in 1985. As I read Cornes obituary I understood easily why Dad spoke of him. Simple words and sentences describe the kind of person my Dad felt ‘kin’ to and enjoyed being in the company of. Sorry for your loss of a wonderful soul.
