Dear family of Mrs. Elsie Young,
Mrs. Young was a beautiful, loving, and gracious lady.
She was kind, encouraging, inviting and positive. As one of her former preschool students, I could not help but recognize then that there was something special about her. God’s love shined brightly through her!
Please accept my sincere condolences .

Dear family of Mrs. Elsie Young,
I was surprised to hear that Mrs. Young passed away, as I had seen her at church just recently. She always greeted with a smile. My fondest memories of Mrs. Young are all the wonderful crafts she would create for the children to do at VBS and in Sunday School. She was so creative and could create things out of any scrap of material.
With deepest sympathies,
Athena Chu

Dear Marjorie, Wayne, Wallace and Howie,
I am deeply saddened to hear of your Mother’s passing. I just had a nice chat with her two Sundays ago at CPC. I will remember Mrs. Young for being a loving and caring nursery school teacher and Sunday school teacher. She always had a cheerful outlook on life and was forever smiling. She even encouraged me to practise my Cantonese even as of two weeks ago. A humble, warm and loving person who gladly served the Lord. Mrs. Young will be missed!

My condolences to Mrs. Young’s family
I have always remembered Mrs. Young as a kind and cheerful smiling nursery school teacher.. Her smiles and caring attitude made a long and lasting impression on me as her former student. Along with other ladies from the church including Mrs. Lum (my other nursery school teacher), she would visit my mom for tea at our home.
Your mother will be deeply missed.
Sincerely,
Ramona Lee

Dear family of our dear Mrs. Elsie Young,
Mrs. Young was a delightful cheerful member of our Chinese Presbyterian Church for many, many years.
On Sunday mornings, we would exchange a warm greeting when she came to the Chinese service and I would be coming out from the earlier English service.
Mrs. Young lived a long life and saw many changes in her lifetime. I remember when she was helping with the kindergarten in the Chinatown church. She was a blessing to us. She is now Home with our Lord.
Condolences to Marjorie, Wayne, Wallace, Howard and families.
Sincerely, Susie (Kee) Yuen Mar

My deepest condolence to the family of Mrs. Elsie Young, our dear sister-in-Christ.
In my less than a year at the Vancouver Chinese Presbyterian Church, Elsie’s joyful, warm and loving smiles leaves a lasting impression in my heart.
Her vibrant living faith in her loving Jesus, radiates through her cheerful, encouraging spirit and life , as witnessed by many. Her personal sense of a joyful eternal destiny in her blessed Lord, will move many who know her in various ways, to miss her fragrant presence at this time when she is called home to her heavenly rest, in the secure arms of Jesus.
Sincerely,
Jee Wan
